The loss of our Little Miss is very difficult to deal with.  It was abrupt, terrifying, horrible and far too soon. Miss Mae was only 5 1/2 years old and we were looking forward to so many more.

In an attempt to put the visions of that horrendous night behind me, I’m going to try and fill my eyes and mind with stories and pictures of happier times.

Sally came to us as a tiny kitten.  She came screaming across the highway from a cow field to follow Andy into the school and his classroom.  He called me on the phone and told me he was on his way home with a new family member.  He got home, dropped her off and was back at school in time for the first bell.
